![]() Do you ever wonder how other people see you? What they think about you when they hear your name or see you pop up on Facebook in a photo? Depending on how your day is going, you are probably writing their list for them with a mix of good and bad qualities. Recently, I was challenged to do an exercise to discover what people think of me. I would love to see how it goes for you. Here's how it works: Ask your friends, family, and/or co-workers "What three words would you use to describe me?" You can do this by email, posting on social media, or even asking in person.
I was surprised to see some of the results - my brother called me "classy" which makes me laugh so much! Once you have your collection of words, make a word cloud using a site like Wordle, Image Chef, or TagCrowd. The words that show up the most will be larger, and you can play with the colors and font. You can see mine at the top of this blog post. Save it and take a look any time you need a little boost of encouragement! Comment below and let me what words you get the most. Are you looking for more accountability and a clear plan to more forward? Apply for creative coaching here. What would you love to create? xo Chrissy
