Accept where you are today.
Let go of where you thought you should be. Stop beating yourself up because you have wasted time in the past. You were just living, doing your best, and gathering material for future projects. ;)
Inventory your current habits.
What is working for you? What is not working for you? How much time will you spend each day? How will you start and end the session? Think about it and decide what you will keep and what you will leave behind.
Make a plan.
With this new insight, make a plan for yourself for a defined amount of time, such as a week. After that week, take a look and see how you did with the new plan.
